Ramon Ortiz and his latin metal band ANKLA played at La Respuesta in Santurce, in Ramon's home country, Puerto Rico, last June 4 supporting the release of ANKLA's 10th Year Anniversary CD (available at reverbnation.com/ramonortiz and ramonortiz.net). The band featured probably their heaviest lineup to date with Nick Moreno on vocals, Jason MacGuire (Evil J ex Otep) on bass, Oscar Santiago on drums and Dantai Lopez on percussion.

Ramon's solo album is still in recording stages and all guitar tracks are being recorded with his 7-string Sustainer-equipped Revolver guitar. The first single"Infinitismo" will be released soon, stay tuned!

Destroyer, guitarist of Polish Death Metal pioneers HATE picked up a couple of Vortex guitars for recent North American Tour, sharing stage with SEPULTURA, MELECHESH, NEVERMORE, ROTTING CHRIST, BELPHEGOR and many others.
